Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Movement Market Ltd, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your dancewear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Tights and stockings

Undergarments and leotards with built-in briefs

Pointe shoes and toe pads once they have been worn or fitted

Hair accessories, earrings, or cosmetics

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund (per your preference).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

How to Return

Contact our team at info@themovementmarket.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Pack your items securely, including your receipt or packing slip.
